Which version should I get — Elite Vision or Remote Play?

Elite Vision (the original) uses a capture card + Titan Two: it works on Xbox and PlayStation and has no streaming lag. Remote Play needs no hardware at all — it plays your Xbox or PlayStation over Remote Play — so it's the cheapest way in, and adds a little stream latency you tune out. Same shot-timing brain in both; pick the one that fits your setup.

What exactly do I need to run it?

Depends on the version. Elite Vision: a Windows PC, NBA 2K26 (Xbox or PlayStation), a capture card, GTuner IV (free), and a Titan Two. Remote Play: just a Windows PC, an Xbox controller, and Xbox Remote Play enabled on your console — no capture card, no Titan Two. Both need your license key and an internet connection to activate.

Is Remote Play as accurate as the hardware version?

Once tuned, yes. Remote Play adds a little stream lag a capture card doesn't have, so you nudge your timing slightly earlier — the app has live 1 ms tuning for exactly that. On a solid connection (wired, or a strong 5 GHz Wi-Fi) it greens consistently.

How do licenses and devices work?

Your key activates on a limited number of devices. Enter it in the app and, while the app is open, the assist is armed. Close the app and it stops — nothing runs behind your back. Your key is for the version you bought.

Can I move my key to a new PC?

Yes. Licenses are device-managed, so you can move your key between PCs anytime — reinstall, upgrade your rig, or switch machines. If you hit your device limit, reach out and we'll help you free a slot.

Which consoles are supported?

Elite Vision (hardware) works on Xbox and PlayStation. Remote Play works on Xbox and PlayStation too — it streams your console to your PC over Remote Play, no capture card or Titan Two needed.

Do you offer refunds?

Because a license key is delivered instantly and can't be "returned," passes are non-refundable once a key has been issued. If something isn't working, email us — we'll get you up and running. The 24 Hour pass exists so you can try Elite Vision cheaply before committing.
